About Us 

Passion is a small cafe (25 seats, indoor & outdoor) located in Hauraki Corner, Takapuna.  Off the "beaten track", we're located down a residential side street in a small block of shops with ample free parking at our front door.  The local primary school is at the end of our street and we pride ourselves on fostering the pupils' vast artistic talent by dedicating one wall of our cafe as a gallery for the artwork of the children of Hauraki Primary School.

Our outdoor seating gives a view of the sandbanks of Shoal Bay across to the Harbour Bridge and city that begin at the end of Jutland Road.

Baking is our passion.  (We even bake our own wholegrain bread!)

All baking is conducted on the premises by the owner and a variety of freshly baked muffins and scones are produced every morning, along with "baked from scratch" cakes for the every day morning or afternoon tea, through to special occasion cakes and desserts which can be produced to suit your requirements.  Our specialty is elegantly decorated gateaux for birthdays, weddings and anniversaries and dessert tarts.  Please, however, note we do not make themed novelty cakes.
